These Official Giveaway Rules (“Rules”) govern all giveaways, contests, and promotional drawings conducted by Mars Trigger LLC (“Mars Trigger,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By entering any Mars Trigger giveaway, you agree to these Rules and any additional terms stated in the specific giveaway announcement or entry form.

1. Eligibility

Giveaways are open only to individuals who:

• Meet any age requirements stated in the specific giveaway announcement.
• Are legally permitted to receive and possess the prize under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Provide accurate and complete information when entering.
• Are located in a jurisdiction where Mars Trigger is legally permitted to ship and deliver the applicable prize.

Mars Trigger reserves the right to verify eligibility and may disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.

2. Geographic Shipping Restrictions

Mars Trigger cannot ship giveaway prizes to the following states or jurisdictions:

Washington (WA), Oregon (OR), New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ), District of Columbia (DC), Delaware (DE), Rhode Island (RI), California (CA), and Colorado (CO).

If a selected winner resides in one of these jurisdictions, or if Mars Trigger determines that the prize cannot legally be shipped to the winner’s address, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that receipt and possession of the prize is lawful in their jurisdiction. Mars Trigger does not represent or guarantee that any giveaway prize is legal to possess, receive, or use in every jurisdiction.

Mars Trigger may expand or modify its shipping restrictions at any time to comply with applicable law.

3. How to Enter

The specific giveaway announcement or entry form will identify the available methods of entry.

Unless otherwise stated:

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
• Each person may submit only the number of entries permitted by the specific giveaway.
• Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid entries may be rejected.

Mars Trigger reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, automated, fraudulent, or submitted in violation of the stated giveaway requirements.

4. Giveaway Period

Each giveaway will have a designated start date and end date.

Entries received before the stated start time or after the stated closing time may not be eligible.

Mars Trigger’s records will determine the official time of entry.

5. Winner Selection

Unless otherwise stated in the specific giveaway announcement, the winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Mars Trigger’s decisions regarding eligibility, entry validity, and winner selection are final, subject to applicable law.

6. Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted using the information provided during entry.

The winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.

If the selected winner:

• Cannot be contacted;
• Does not respond within the time period specified by Mars Trigger;
• Is determined to be ineligible;
• Provides false or incomplete information;
• Cannot legally receive the prize; or
• Resides in a restricted shipping jurisdiction;

Mars Trigger may select an alternate winner.

7. Prize

The prize will be the item or items specifically identified in the applicable giveaway announcement.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash unless Mars Trigger elects to provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

Mars Trigger reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of comparable value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable or cannot legally be provided.

8. Firearm and Firearm-Part Prizes

Certain Mars Trigger giveaways may include firearm parts or other products intended for use with firearms.

Such prizes will only be awarded and shipped where Mars Trigger determines that shipment and possession are legally permissible.

The winner is solely responsible for ensuring that they are legally permitted to receive, possess, install, and use the prize in their jurisdiction.

Mars Trigger does not provide legal advice and makes no representation that a particular prize is lawful for a particular person or jurisdiction.

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Mars Trigger may require additional eligibility verification before shipping certain prizes.

9. No Modification or Alteration

Giveaway prizes should be used only as intended and in accordance with applicable Mars Trigger instructions and safety information.

Where applicable, Mars Trigger’s warranty exclusions relating to improper installation, modification, alteration, incompatible parts, misuse, abuse, and use in violation of applicable law also apply to warranty claims involving giveaway prizes.

10. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable giveaway announcement, a qualifying Mars Trigger product awarded as a giveaway prize may be covered by the applicable Mars Trigger Limited Warranty Policy.

Where warranty coverage applies, the warranty period and conditions will be determined according to the applicable warranty policy.

Mars Trigger’s Limited Warranty currently provides a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original end-user purchaser.

Because giveaway prizes are not purchased products, Mars Trigger reserves the right to determine the applicable warranty start date and eligibility for warranty service.

Nothing in these Giveaway Rules expands or modifies the written Limited Warranty Policy unless Mars Trigger expressly states otherwise in writing.

11. Returns and Exchanges

Giveaway prizes are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange solely because the winner changes their mind or does not want the prize.

The Mars Trigger Return Policy applies to qualifying purchases and provides specific return conditions, including restrictions on installed, used, modified, or altered products.
A giveaway prize that arrives damaged or appears defective should be reported to Mars Trigger as soon as possible so that we can determine the appropriate resolution.

12. Shipping

Mars Trigger will arrange shipment of the prize to an eligible winner at an address where the prize may legally be delivered.

Mars Trigger is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, carrier issues, incorrect addresses supplied by the winner, or the inability to legally deliver a prize to a particular jurisdiction.

If a prize is returned to Mars Trigger because the winner provided an incorrect address, refused delivery, or is located in a jurisdiction where shipment is prohibited, Mars Trigger may, at its discretion, select an alternate winner.

13. Taxes and Other Costs

The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, registration requirements, transfer costs, or other expenses associated with accepting or possessing the prize, to the extent applicable by law.

Mars Trigger may require the winner to provide information or documentation necessary for applicable tax reporting.

14. Release of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees, to the extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless Mars Trigger LLC and its owners, employees, representatives, affiliates, partners, and promotional partners from claims arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, installation, or use of the prize, except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Firearms and firearm-related products carry inherent risks. Where applicable, winners are responsible for following all safety instructions and applicable laws. Mars Trigger’s warranty policy similarly requires lawful use, proper installation, compatible equipment, and adherence to firearm safety rules.

15. Disqualification

Mars Trigger reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who:

• Violates these Rules;
• Provides false or misleading information;
• Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the giveaway;
• Uses automated or fraudulent methods of entry;
• Is legally ineligible to receive the prize;
• Resides in a jurisdiction where the prize cannot legally be shipped; or
• Engages in conduct that Mars Trigger reasonably determines compromises the integrity of the giveaway.

16. Changes or Cancellation

Mars Trigger reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a giveaway if circumstances arise that make it necessary or appropriate, including legal, regulatory, technical, operational, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Any material changes will be communicated through the applicable giveaway announcement or entry page when reasonably possible.

17. Privacy

Information submitted for a giveaway will be used for purposes reasonably necessary to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and arrange prize delivery.

18. No Affiliation

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Mars Trigger giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media platform used to promote the giveaway.

19. Governing Law

These Rules are subject to applicable federal, state, and local law. Nothing in these Rules is intended to waive or override any non-waivable legal rights or protections applicable to an entrant or winner.
