Refund & Return Policy

Mars Trigger LLC is committed to your satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as the safety-critical nature of firearm components requires specific conditions for returns.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets all of the following conditions:

The item is unused and has not been installed on any firearm

The item is in its original, unaltered condition

The item is in its original packaging with all included accessories, hardware, and documentation

The item shows no signs of installation, modification, wear, or damage

Due to the safety-critical nature of firearm trigger components, we cannot accept returns of any item that has been installed, used, or shows evidence of having been fitted to a firearm.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

Installed or used firearm components of any kind

Items damaged through misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or neglect

Items returned without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Digital downloads, documentation, or software

Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

3. Return Authorization Process

All returns require prior authorization. To initiate a return:

Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for return

We will review your request and, if approved, issue an RMA number within 2 business days

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the return package

Returns received without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

We reserve the right to assess a restocking fee of up to 15% for returns that do not meet all eligibility conditions

If your return is rejected, the item will be returned to you at your expense

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@marstrigger.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. For verified defects or shipping errors, Mars Trigger LLC will:

Cover all return shipping costs

Send a replacement at no additional charge, or

Issue a full refund, at your preference

6. Warranty Claims

Mars Trigger LLC products are covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty coverage, duration, and claim procedures are detailed in the product documentation included with your order. To submit a warranty claim, contact info@marstrigger.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

Shipping Policy

Mars Trigger LLC ships all orders from Clarksville, Texas. Please review this policy to understand our shipping procedures, timelines, and limitations.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of payment confirmation. During high-volume periods, trade show seasons, or for made-to-order items, processing may take up to 10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.

2. Shipping Carriers & Methods

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location. Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates supplied by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Mars Trigger LLC.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination address. Any free shipping promotions will be applied automatically at checkout. Mars Trigger LLC reserves the right to modify shipping rates and promotions at any time.

4. Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 United States. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify that the ordered product(s) are legal to possess and use in their state, county, and municipality prior to purchase. Mars Trigger LLC reserves the right to decline shipment to any address for legal compliance reasons. Orders declined for this reason will be refunded in full.

5. International Shipping

Mars Trigger LLC does not currently ship outside of the United States. We do not facilitate international orders at this time.

6. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. We can ship to APO/FPO military addresses via USPS where service is available; however, delivery times to these addresses may be extended and are outside our control.

7. Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Mars Trigger LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@marstrigger.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date at info@marstrigger.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged packaging or product. Mars Trigger LLC will work with the carrier to file a claim on your behalf. We are not liable for carrier delays, losses, or damages beyond our control but will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused by the recipient or returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees incurred. Refunds for returned packages will be issued for the product cost only, minus return shipping costs.

10. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking number within 7 business days of your order, please contact us at info@marstrigger.com.
